- Premium Lot – Coach pulls forward facing the waterfront or golf course.
- Silver Privacy or Premium Lots – These are lots with moderate improvements such as expanded concrete, trees and landscaping, an island or counter with a built in sink, table with chairs and pergola.
- Gold Privacy or Premium Lots – These are lots with moderate improvements such as expanded concrete, trees and landscaping, an island or counters with a built in Barbeque or cook top, sink, refrigerator, table with chairs and pergola. Gold Lots must also have one of the following improvements - pool, spa, waterfall or casita.
- Platinum Privacy or Premium Lots – These are lots with substantial improvements such as expanded concrete, trees and landscaping, patio lighting, an island or counter with a built in barbeque, side burner or cook top, sink, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, table with chairs and pergola. Also must have one or more of the following: Pool, spa, waterfall or casita.
